He added" We emphasize our vision on the need to reach a national partnership government involving all winning lists and that Iraq is a diverse country with many sects and doctrines, and it needs a government of a genuine partnership between all the lists, and the development of features of a clear government program that is able to promote the reality of Iraq."
This came at a news conference after his meeting on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, with the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States Amr Moussa during his official visit to Arab Republic of Egypt.

He praised the role of the Arab League and its Secretary-General Amr Moussa for his balanced vision toward the Iraqi reality, and that the Arab League stands at the same distance from all Iraqi political forces, and the urgent desire of the Arab League to find a government with broad representation and a real partnership between the Iraqis as soon as possible.
