 Sayed Alhakim congratulated the Iraqi people in general and Christians in particular on the occasion of Christmas and New Year.

In the name of God the Merciful
I extend my warmest congratulations and blessings to all Iraqis and Christians in particular on the occasion of Christmas and New Year.
May I wish you all wealth, health, joy, happiness, goodness, blessing, and that the next year will be a year of welfare and stability and an opportunity to spread love, peace, security, and an affirmation of brotherhood among people of one nation.
On this occasion, I wish that the new government will do its utmost in order to save every human being and perform comprehensive community reform that achieves progress and advancement of our people and serve the higher interests of the homeland, and achieve all the desired wishes to spread justice and prosperity among our people and throughout our beloved country."
