and gave martyrs on the road to freedom and emancipation from oppression and domination for four consecutive decades to gain access to democracy, liberty, and the rule of justice and equality and citizenship That the achievement that has been made on the land of Libya represents a historic turning point for the region as a whole and a good lesson for everyone who wants to learn from it and our experience in Iraq. Iraq had chapters that resemble what happened in Libya, and urges us to call upon all Libyans brothers for unity and solidarity, tolerance, and to overcome remnants of the past and move forward towards a constitutional situation and parliamentary experience of and political representation and the restoration of stability and security and achievement of aspirations in freedom and prosperity and progress. We salute the patience and steadfastness, perseverance and sacrifice of the brotherly Libyan people and we call and pray for mercy and blessing for Martyrs and for the revolutionaries the success and for the success of the Libyan people.
