 Sayed Alhakim stressed on the importance of holding dialogues and meetings between the various political leaders in the country in order to solve outstanding problems of the country.
This came when Sayed Alhakim received on Sunday, December 25, 2011, the U.S. ambassador to Iraq, Mr. James Jeffrey.
Sayed Alhakim emphasized that the situation of the country calls for more efforts in order to calm down the situation, stressing on the need of Iraq for more solidarity, cohesion and mutual national action.
The U.S. ambassador praised the role of ISCI in putting forward ideas and initiatives that will contribute to solving crises that beset the country.
The two sides discussed the latest developments in some Arab countries. |
