 Sayed Alhakim headed on Monday, December 26, 2011, ISCI's consultative council. The participants discussed the most important developments in the Iraqi political arena,
stressing that the Iraqis have no choice but the partnership and sit at the dialogue table for resolving the outstanding problems.
The participants discussed the internal affairs of ISCI and its role in the political process, and the need that ISCI becomes a point of convergence between the political parties, in order to achieve unity.
They also discussed the role of citizen's parliamentary bloc in the National Alliance, stressing the importance of taking important role in evaluating the performance of the government and activating the role of the parliament including contributing to containing the crisis and to finding effective solutions.
